Once your application request has been received, we will keep you informed on the status of your request via e-mail.
In order to treat your application in the most efficient way possible, please remember:
- To complete all the fields as precisely as possible
- To check your e-mail address carefully
- To attach supporting documentation to your application
- To upload a recent photograph, following the indicated criteria
Please note that for this application, no data that was processed for applications to previous edition of the Brussels Motor Show will be taken into consideration.
If your application is accepted, you will receive a weblink in your e-mail to download your access pass. This will be the only way in which access passes are distributed.

Media Center
Online accreditations are open from November 19th, 2025 until January 5th, 2026.
During the Brussels Motor Show, the Media Center will be located in the Astrid Hall of Brussels Expo. On the Press Day, the Media Center can only be accessed coming from the pedestrian bridge leading over the Chaussée Romaine from Parking C.
